Girls Basketball Summer Camp: Session 1

WHEN: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
WHERE: Capo Valley - Main Gymnasium
DESC: All basketball players - returning and new are welcome to improve their basketball skills with the staff of Capo Valley Girls' Basketball.

Players will work to improve all aspects of their game.
Coaches will evaluate camp attendees to select players for the summer league team.
Two summer league teams will be selected - varsity and junior varsity.

DESC: At the Capistrano Valley High School Tennis Camps, we will be offering 2½ hours each day of:

1. Drills with CVHS coaches with a focus on groundstrokes, volleys, and serves.
2. Competition against their peers with a focus on doubles strategy and techniques.
3. Conditioning, specifically focusing on tennis footwork.
4. Fun – A great way to get an introduction to the sport or to work on and improve upon preexisting skills.
